• MLK Day Monday, 1/15 - No School 
• We will continue to work out the technical kinks and push forward on our exhibition outlines this week on google documents 
• Report cards go home in Tuesday folders on 1/16 
• 5th grade dance show, “Dancing through the Decades,” will take place Feb. 15 at 6:30pm.

Math: Customary and Metric Conversions. Problem Solving Quiz on Friday

Reading: Fantasy Unit (Fairytales, Fables, Myths, Tall tales). We will be creating a passport book summarizing different fairytales from around the world. Spelling and Quizlet quizzes on Friday.

Science: Earth Science -> Constructive vs. Destructive Landforms. Study Jams - Go to Landforms, Rocks & Minerals, watch “Weathering & Erosion” video and “Landforms” video.

Social Studies: Choice board activity due on Wednesday, 1/17
Westward Expansion: Why did Americans move west? We will also explore topics such as the Trail of Tears, Louisiana Purchase, and Manifest Destiny.
